• Build strong relationships with members, players, volunteers, community partners, and sponsors.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that aligns with our not-for-profit values.

STAFF MANAGEMENT
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, and contractors (Program Directors, coaches, front desk, pro shop, maintenance, event staff, volunteers).
• Build a positive culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional service.

FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
• Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with the Board.
• Track financial performance, prepare monthly reports, and ensure strong fiscal accountability.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as membership growth, program participation, and revenue.
• Manage memberships, courts bookings, point-of-sale systems, and basic accounting processes.

FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
• Ensure courts, equipment, and amenities are maintained to a standard of excellence.
• Coordinate repairs, contractor work, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and insurance requirements.

MARKETING AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS
• Lead marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.

• Drive membership sales and retention, special events bookings, and youth engagement through exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring

• A passion for building community and creating positive sport experiences.
• Proven experience in facility management, sport or recreation operations, or hospitality leadership (3+ years preferred).
